Landscape photography workshops set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales
Do you enjoy landscape photography but feel you could get more from your pictures? Do you love walking and want to capture memories of your favourite strolls? Or are you simply looking for an enjoyable, educational day out with a difference?
If so, these small group landscape photography workshops run by professional photographers Sam Oakes and Mark Sunderland may be for you!
We have developed some full-day and weekend photography courses at a number of Yorkshire’s most enigmatic locations. It's our aim to help those wanting to develop their photographic skills of all levels, so that each countryside walk can be captured in landscape images to treasure for years to come.
The workshops will teach you composition, exposure and how to get the most from your camera out of auto mode, followed by a session on Lightroom and Photoshop to create beautiful fine art prints.

Aysgarth Falls and West Burton are areas of outstanding natural beauty found in Wensleydale. Here we find an abundance of photographic opportunities and our circular walk takes us through many contrasting scenes with varied subjects.
On the banks of the River Wharfe in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales stand the ruins of Bolton Abbey. Owned by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire the estate itself has 30,000 acres of beautiful countryside and is our backdrop for this tour.
Malham is a small village nestled in the Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by some of the most dramatic landscapes that provide the photographer with many fascinating subjects. Expect towering limestone cliffs, limestone pavement and a majestic view over Malhamdale!
The Three Peaks area provides some of the most dramatic scenery in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Rugged limestone pavement, lone trees, flat-topped fells and a famous viaduct are some of the highlights of this workshop based on a circular walk around Ribblehead.
Stainforth Village is just a short distance from Settle on the banks of the River Ribble in the Yorkshire Dales. Highlights of our photography workshop include two very different waterfalls plus 360 degree wide stretching views towards Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent.
Are you looking for a Christmas or birthday present with a difference? Then we have gift vouchers available for our photography workshops!
